Our tutored beer and gastronomy appreciation seminar is both delicious and educational. It will be hosted by Brew Masters from Black Oak and Beau’s All Natural Brewing, who will be showcasing 5 unique craft brewed beers. Enjoy insights into the art of matching mouth feel and harmonizing flavours amongst the historical backdrop of differences between beer styles, their origin, and evolution.
And Chef Brook Kavanagh, our host from La Palette restaurant on Queen St, who is known for flexing his skill in morphing comfort foods into dishes for the more adventurous palette, will be designing specially prepared little appetisers featuring local ingredients, to pair the regional ferments that will be provided by our partner Craft Breweries.
