Evelyn’s Crackers

Evelyn’s Crackers are partners in the growing local foods movement and are committed to heritage (and once endangered) varieties of wheat and other organic grains. We proudly use Red Fife whole wheat that dates back to the 19th century‘s settlement of Otonabee Township, Ontario, as well as rolled oats, spelt, rye , corn and buckwheat. By pairing the local bounty that Ontario has to offer with artisanal baking traditions, Evelyn’s Crackers highlights unique flavours, which can be enjoyed with all cheeses, charcuterie, dips and on their own.
