Ben harbours a love and respect towards food and and its’ relationship with sustainable farming and responsible production. The marriage of design aesthetics and nutrition along with local sourcing of quality local produce, embody the philosophy that Ben brings to the kitchen and to the table. In addition, Ben has a firm foundation in special event catering, having worked on Presidential Gourmet celebrations over the past several years. Restaurant Description:Presidential Gourmet Corporation was established in 1986 in response to a demand for elegant and contemporary catering in the corporate environment. The company has grown to gain a respected position in Canada’s hospitality industry by building lasting relationships with corporations, organizations and individuals throughout the GTA. Customer service, creativity, integrity and community involvement with charitable organizations are the basic principles which frame Presidential Gourmet’s business philosophy.
